Kim is the absolute best! She has so much knowledge and explains the entire process. She is always there when you need her and continues to work with you after closing to make sure everything is working out. As a first time buyer I could not (and would not want to) imagine working with anyone else during this. She truly cares about everyone she works with and it shows. 1000% would recommend her!

Kim was very knowledgeable and attentive as we explored the possibility of buying a second home. Although we did not continue with a purchase at this time (timing simply wasn't right for our family), Kim was very helpful in answering all our questions in a timely manner and communicated with listings and information daily. Kim was very helpful. She took us to every home that we wanted to see, and told us what she thought and ran the comps. She found some that I could not that also fit our parameters. She always responded in a timely manor and helped us out a lot. She is always aiming to please. I really enjoyed all the help and time she put into helping us. I have a different real estate agent but Kim follows up with me and sends me daily listings because I have asked her to do so, as I like to get different listings from different agents to makes sure my agent is doing as he is supposed to.
